Please Note: Requests based on non-usage (e.g. “I didn’t log in” or “I never opened it”) do not qualify for a refund.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis as per the selected plan.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
Non-Refundable: We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.
Please note: Failure to cancel before your renewal date, regardless of usage, does not entitle you to a refund. We share subscription reminders with you via email to give you ample time to adjust your subscription before it renews.
Important: Not knowing how to cancel is not a valid reason for refund. We provide direct links to manage your subscription in your confirmation email, receipts, and renewal reminders.
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same product or service.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing the product or service, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the purchase date. Include your full name, the email address used for the purchase, the date of the transaction, and a detailed description of the issue.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We ask that you contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and professionally by communicating with our team.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and access to any Freedom Hackers services, trainings, or communities—whether paid or free.
Please note: Customers who file chargebacks without attempting to resolve the issue with us first will be considered ineligible to purchase from or participate in any future Freedom Hackers products, services, or programs.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to our services. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to address any concerns.
Please note that Stripe's processing fees are non-refundable. Any refund issued will be minus these non-refundable fees.
